Call engages our feelings and intellect towards some larger end, toward some
greater goal than that which we can accomplish alone. When you can name what you are here for, whether that is to build, teach
or paint, to program computers, change society, parent children, or care-give, you are following your call.
In
this retreat we will explore a process of answering life’s deepest questions: Who am I? What is my work? What
is my gift? What is my legacy? At every stage of life we must visit these questions and renew our understanding of
our answers.
We will use as our guide The Call to the Soul, Six Stages of Spiritual Development, by Marjory
Zoet Bankson. While is not necessary to have this book to attend the retreat, having it as an aid both before and
after, will help to deepen your experience and give you ways to continue this work. The book is available on amazon.com for under $10
